President Solih to address nation on occasion of Republic Day

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih will be addressing the nation tomorrow on the occasion of Republic Day. 

President’s Office made the announcement that the President will be addressing the nation through news media at 10:00. 

Ceremonies usually held on the occasion of Republic Day in other years will not be held this year due to the COVID-19 situation. 

A separate ceremony is to be held at a later date for the events usually carried out on Republic Day such as the awarding of top achievers.
