Police find knives in a taxi

Police have checked a taxi in front of Galolhu Police Station today, and found knives and similar weapons.

A witness told Sun Online that Police found machetes, knives, batons, wigs, a mask and cords in the trunk of the car.

Police have taken the taxi driver into custody and seized the items.

Police Media Official told Sun Online that a car was checked today following some information received by the Police, but that he cannot provide any details due to the type of investigation.

Renowned scholar and Parliament Member Dr Afrasheem Ali was stabbed to death last Monday night, and Police have arrested four people suspected of this crime.
