COVID-19 cases rise to 790

Health Protection Agency (HPA), on Sunday, announced 25 new COVID-19 cases in Maldives, increasing total cases to 790.

HPA announced in a tweet that as of 2 am on Sunday, it had identified 25 new cases; 20 Bangladeshis and five Maldivians.

While 790 have now tested positive for COVID-19, 29 have since recovered and three have died from complications.
