President Solih made the announcement that the government will remain closed for an extra week yesterday and the Economic Ministry stated that the online services of the system would be available during that time.

Employment approvals and extension of such approvals as well as quota period extensions will be available via the service. These services would be available from 10:00 to 12:00 every day except the weekends during the government closure.
