Two boats collide in marine accident in Lh. Atoll

A boat carrying oil and a cargo boat crashed at sea near Lhaviyani Atoll.

Both boats were damaged during the accident but no one was hurt according to the police.

The accident happened around 12:44 last night, near Lh. Maafilaafushi. Police have now begun an investigation into the accident.
