Voting yet to begin for South Mahchangolhi constituency. The ballot box is at Arabiyya School. The MDP appointed official at the scene says they have no instruction. People are still waiting.
Same issue was up with North Mahchangolhi as well. However, with two candidates running, the representatives from the candidates have been assigned to continue the process.
Six candidates at West Mahchangolhi constituencies. And without an agreement or organization, voting is being delayed and the situation is heating up.
