The peace and security of Maldives is dependent upon building a strong future generation to lead the country, says Vice President Faisal Naseem.
Speaking during the inauguration of the pilot school breakfast program at Ameeniya School this Sunday morning, Faisal Naseem said that building a strong future generation was a priority of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih’s administration.
“Building a strong future generation will result in peacefulness of the country,” said Faisal Naseem.
Speaking during the ceremony, the VP reiterated the administration’s commitment to investing in care and education of children to build a future generation made up of productive citizens who are respectful of their parents and elders.
“This administration will spend on education like no other previous administration. We will work on improving education and developing the resources of schools as never before,” he said.
The academic new year for over 73,000 Maldivian students began this Sunday after a one-and-a-half-month holiday.
