All the apartments put up for sale from the housing complexes constructed by Indian company, Tata, at the Gaakoshi site and former Arabiyya School site in Male’ City have now been sold-off, says Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
HDC has issued a statement, instructing the new apartment owners to proceed with payment as in the contract.
HDC said that apartments which remain unpaid for, will be put up for sale again at a later date.
159 of the 264 apartments by Tata were made available for sale by HDC via an online portal on January 31. They included 111 housing units from Gaakoshi and 48 housing units from Arabiyya School site.
