Adhurey: President Yameen will bring joy to the public concerns tomorrow

Vice President of the ruling party, PPM, Abdul-Raheem Abdulla has said that he is hopeful that the President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom would bring joy to the concerns of the public in his address tomorrow at the PPM function tomorrow night.

Speaking at the press conference at the PPM Office today on the PPM event set for the Carnival Area tomorrow, Abdul-Raheem said that the event is on the occasion of the 4th Anniversary of PPM which would be in November.

While Abdul-Raheem has made the remarks, the President and the First Lady returned to the country today after their official visit to the UAE.

On his visit to the UAE, the President signed agreements with UAE in future and ongoing project along with strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries.

Tomorrow night's event will be the first major event by PPM after the internal conflict within the party and the founder, former President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom, left the party.

Indicating to that series of events, Abdul-Raheem said that tomorrow night's event will show that the party is still capable of holding large scale rallies as they did in the past.
