Man sentenced to 15 years for molesting stepdaughter

A man from R. Maduvvari has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for molesting his stepdaughter on multiple occasions.

“Sun” has been informed the sentence was issued against Mohamed Adam from Thundi, R. Maduvvari on October 3.

He was found guilty of carrying out a sexual act on minor by abusing a position of trust to the victim in accordance with the Special Regulations for Child Sex Offenders.

Mohamed Adam had pled innocent to the charge, but was found guilty based on his testimony as well as evidence presented to the court by the State.

He was found guilty of exploiting his underage stepdaughter on multiple occasion since 2013.
