Fatal traffic incident on Addu Link Road

A fatal incident has taken place after a motorcycle being driven on Addu City Link Road skids off.

The man died in the incident is a 53-year-old man. The incident took place near the the harbor area of Maradhoo, Addu City.

Police media official said that the man passed away after being brought to the hospital for treatment.

Pictures of the scene of the incident received to Sun Media show a large amount of blood near the victim's head and two nurses helping at the scene.
