India’s The Chancery Pavilion has been selected a Hospitality Partner for South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) – a regional travel awards organized by Maldivian company, High Rise.
The selection means presentations of all nominations from India will be held at The Chancery Pavilion in Bangalore, India.
The local Hospitality Partner for SATA this year is Champa Hotels. Presentations of all nominations from Maldives will be held at the Champa Central Hotel.
Travel and tourism brands from Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bhutan and Nepal will also be competing in this year’s event. Hospitality Partners are to be selected from each of the countries.
Countries in the South East Asian region have sent in over 414 nominations – including 28 brands from India alone.
The brands include top brands, both regionally and internationally.
SATA was launched by High Rise to celebrate the region’s exemplary travel and tourism firms and increase competition within the region in 2016. The first SATA was held in Sri Lanka at the Mount Lavinia Hotel.
SATA 2017 will be held in Addu City.
