MRDC Director resigns

The Managing Director of the Maldives Road Development Corporation (MRDC), Mohamed Nimal has resigned from his position.

It is unclear as to why he resigned. Attempts to contact have been unsuccessful as his phone is switched off.

Nimal was initially appointed as the Managing Director of FENAKA Corporation with this government. After being released from the position, he was appointed to the Tourism Ministry as a Deputy Minister before being transfered to the MRDC.
