BML opens a branch in Gan, self-service ATM center in Fonadhoo

National bank, Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened one of its branches in L. Gan and a self-service ATM center in L. Fonadhoo.

The branch in Gan was opened in a function held on the island this Thursday by Managing Director and CEO of BML, Andrew Healy.

“We are delighted to support the people and businesses of Laamu Gan with this fine new branch premises,” said Healy, during the function.

The branch in Gan will have a small team of staff and offers 24/7 ATM services.

An additional self-service ATM center was opened in L. Fonadhoo.

BML reports the investment is part of the bank’s recently-announced program through which it promises to double overall investment in local communities and create 150 new jobs in the process.
