Electrocuted Fenaka employee in critical condition to be taken to Male’

One of the two employees of Fenaka Corporation in critical condition after getting electrocuted while doing electrical work on Hithadhoo Stadium is to be transported to Male’ City for further treatment.

The two men electrocuted in the incident are technicians who work for Fenaka Corporation – Hithadhoo Branch; Mohamed Munawwar and Mohamed Nazim.

Mohamed Nazim was in critical condition, and was being treated at the Intensive Care Unit of

Hithadhoo regional Hospital.

Media official for Hithadhoo Regional Hospital reports that Nazim’s condition has improved, and that he had now been shifted to the ward.

The media official also said that Nazim was to be taken to Male’ City for further tests.

Fenaka Corporation has launched an internal probe to find out the reason behind the incident. It has also reported the incident to the police.
