R Pvt Ltd ordered to settle over MVR 400,000 in unpaid pensions

Civil Court has ordered a private company to settle MVR 448,320 in unpaid pension contribution and fines to the Pension Office.

The order was issued against private company – R Private Limited – by Civil Court on February 9.

Civil Court ruled that the company admitted to failing to transfer money to the pension scheme from November 2011 to December 2014.

R Private Limited has been ordered to settle total MVR 448,320 in unpaid pension contribution and fines for failure to make the pension contribution and submit Statement of Pension

Contribution to Pension Office within the next six months.
