FHAM International Culinary Challenge and Exhibition scheduled for April

Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives International Culinary Challenge and Exhibition is scheduled to be held in April at Dharubaaruge, in Male’ City.

More than 150 people from 25 South Asian countries will be participating in this year’s event; which will be held from April 3 to April 6 at Dharubaaruge.

The event is organized by CDC and Dhivehi Expo Services.

Events which will held in FHAM includes the International Culinary Challenge, Housekeeper’s Competition, workshops and industrial seminars.

CDC and Dhivehi Expo Services reports the main sponsor of the event is Lily International.

The event organizers expressed confidence the event will provide huge international exposure to Maldivian food and hospitality industry.

FHAM International Culinary Challenge 2016 was participated by more than 450 chefs from across the world.

Tourism industry suppliers will be provided with stalls to exhibit their products during the event.
