Sheikh Rasheed appointed Head of Supreme Council of Fatwa

Former Chief Justice of Maldives, Uz. Al-Sheikh Mohamed Rasheed Ibrahim has been appointed Head of Supreme Council of Fatwa.

Sheikh Rasheed was appointed Head of Supreme Council of Fatwa by President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom with the power vested in him by law on protection of religious unity.
