Construction company, Renaatus is one of the companies which will be participating in the Maldives Living Expo – scheduled for February 16.
Renaatus is a subsidiary of South Indian construction company RPP Group, and is currently building a 72-apartment complex “Ithaa Muiy” in Hulhumale’.
An official from Renaatus who spoke to “Sun” said that pre-booking for the “Ithaa Muiy” apartment complex will be available to visitors from their stall at Maldives Living Expo.
Ithaa Muiy has 72 apartments, which include:
• 12 one-bedroom apartments
• 12 two-bedroom apartments
• 12 apartments with two bedrooms and one maid room
• 32 apartments with three bedrooms and one maid room
• 4 three-bedroom penthouses
Renaatus reports the apartments in the eight-story high apartment complex will be spacious, with both the apartments and the corridors designed to maximize natural light and airflow.
The apartment complex will house a gym, cinema hall, play area, a private parking space for motorcycles and cars. The ground floor and first floor will house high-end shops.
It will be located in the Hulhumale’ waterfront area, a two-minute walking distance from Hulhumale’ Ferry Terminal.
Maldives Living Expo will be held at National Art Gallery from February 16 to February 18.
Event organizer, Highrise reports the event will be a great opportunity for people apartment hunting as visitors will be able to compare multiple apartment options from one place and book apartments to their liking.
