Police seize schoolbags displaying foul language

Police have seized schoolbags up for sale containing inappropriate phrases.

Police media official reported that the school bags were seized in response to a complaint filed with the authority last Tuesday, December 27.

Police reported that the bags were seized from a shop located in the busy Majeedhee Magu, but did not disclose any further details.

“Sun” has been informed that the police seized about four schoolbags which contained phrases and illustrations inappropriate for schoolchildren.

The issue is under investigation by police.
