Nimal appointed Deputy Tourism Minister

Former Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation, Mohamed Nimal has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Tourism.

“Sun” has been informed that President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom made the appointment this Monday, October 24.

Nimal was dismissed from his post as MD of Fenaka Corporation amid issues of corruption within the corporation.

His appointment as Deputy Tourism Minister brings the total number of officials serving the same post in Ministry of Tourism to four.
