Contractor sought for Rasfannu Pavilion for a second time

MWSC has announced, for a second time, that they are seeking a contractor to build a Pavilion at Rasfannu on the west side of Malé City.

The Housing Ministry contracted the project to the MWSC on 16 September 2016.

An announcement made by MWSC last Thursday said that they are seeking a contractor to develop, maintain and run the Malé West Coast Pavilion and that bid invitations are open for interested parties.

Only the candidates that buy the bid book can take part in the bid process. MWSC said that the book is being sold for MVR 2500.

Payments would be accepted from18-20 September. And the issuing would from 21 September onwards during office hours.

MWSC say that Pavilion would be developed to the modern standards which would include modern showers, toilets.

The Rasfannu project was awarded to MTCC for MVR 41.5 million.
