The 13-year-old schoolboy from R. Hulhudhuffaaru found injured after a scuffle between another schoolboy has been taken to Male’ for treatment after failure to stop his nosebleed.
Vice President of Hulhudhuffaaru Council, Ali Javadh spoke to “Sun” and said that the schoolboy was sent to Male’ on Monday morning.
“His condition isn’t that bad. But his nosebleed couldn’t be stopped,” said Javadh.
The schoolboy was found collapsed at the harbor area and taken to the hospital with facial lacerations and a nosebleed.
Hulhudhuffaaru Council reported that the 13-year-old was left injured after a physical scuffle between him and another schoolboy – a 14-year-old who studies in Grade 8.
The reason for the physical scuffle between the two isn’t clear at this point.
A team of police officers are set to arrive in Hulhudhuffaaru this Monday, said Javadh.
