MNDF seeks pilots and engineers for Air Force

Ministry of Defense and National Security has announced open positions for three pilots and four aircraft engineers.

An announcement made by the Defense Ministry today said that they need three pilots with license for domestic flights for the Air Wing section of the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF).

The responsibilities of the pilots were mentioned as flying and maintaining military aircrafts.

Along with pilots, aircraft engineers were also announced as wanted for the Air Wing. Qualifications include a Degree in Basic Aircraft Engineering.

Interested candidates have the period from 18 September to 10 October to apply for the positions at the Defense Ministry.

While two helicopters from India are currently in use, MNDF has decided to bring three fighter jets to join the Air Wing.
