Hotel Jen’s floor carpets donated to mosques

Hotel Jen has changed the floor carpets used in their rooms and ballrooms, donating the old ones to mosques.

Hotel Jen reported that they changed their carpets at end of June, and has donated 24 rolls of carpet used earlier to Ministry of Islamic Affairs for use at mosques.

The carpets will be used in mosques in both Male’, and other islands.

Director of Operations at Hotel Jen Male’, Salim Abdul Gadhir said the company believed in the importance of creating a culture of giving and good intentions.

And said that the hotel wanted to provide as much assistance as they can to the Maldivian community.

Ministry of Islamic Affairs has thanked Hotel Jen for its generosity.
