Three injured after motorcycle drove on Link Road against Police orders

A dangerous traffic collision has occurred on Laamu Atoll Link Road after a speeding motorcycle collided with another motorcycle.

Police Media Official told Sun Media tonight that two motorcycles collided in the incident that took place around 5:25 p.m. today on the road between Maandhoo and Kadhdhoo.

The Media Official said that one of the motorcycles was stopped at a Police checkpoint for speeding prior to the collision.

All three injured in the collision is now being treated L. Gan Regional Hospital. The details of their injuries are unclear at the time.
