Former Dhidhdhoo Councilor arrested for threatening to set fire to Police motorcycles

Former President of the Haa Alifu Dhidhdhoo Island Council, Mohamed Naeem has been arrested for threatening to set fire to Police motorcycles.

Sources say that he was arrested on Sunday night and the court has remanded him by 15 days.

Regarding the case, the Police Media Official said that a 34-year-old man was arrested for threatening to set fire to Police vehicles on Sunday night.

No further details were given on the case.
