Oittey given last warning to hand himself in to police

Mohamed Hussein (Oittey) has been given the last warning to hand himself over to police for questioning regarding his possible involvement in terrorism, illegal weapons and explosives, and money laundering cases being investigated by police.

The former football star has been given a 14-day ultimatum to hand himself over to police.

Police released a statement on Wednesday, in which they said that Criminal Court had issued an arrest order for him. But that he had failed to present himself for questioning, but had instead fled abroad.

Police said that they would be sending the case for prosecution in his absence, along with the evidence in the case they have collected so far, if Oittey fails to hand himself over to police for questioning.

Interpol red notice was also issued to Mohamed Allaam Latheef (Moho) and Ahmed Ishfaq Ali. But they too have fled captivity.
