Maldivian team participating in Food Asia 2016 – FHA Culinary Challenge in Singapore has achieved a silver medal and a bronze medal in the competition.
The team from Chef Guild of Maldives achieved medals in two categories.
Silver medal was won by Abdul Rasheed in Dress the Cake category. And bronze medal was won by Sues-Chef of Soneva Fushi, Abdulla Sabah in Hot Cooking – Live category.
The two chefs have achieved honors in both domestic and international culinary contests in the past as well.
The team from Maldives which participated in the contest comprised of four chefs.
They are set to return back to Maldives on Sunday night.
