43-year-old woman hit by motorcycle driven by minor

A 43-year-old woman has been injured after being hit by a motorcycle that was being driven by a minor.

Police said that the collision occurred tonight around 10:10 p.m. on Sosun Magu and the injured woman is now being treated at ADK Hospital.

A witness to the collision told Sun Media that the arm of the woman was injured in the collision that took place in front of “Ofudhaaru” shop. The details of her injuries are unclear at the time since the hospital is not answering the calls from Sun Media.

Police said that the underage driver is now in custody of Family and Child Protective Service.
