President appoints new State Secretary

President Mohamed Nasheed has appointed Mohamed Youshau, Abuhareege, G.Dh. Thinadhoo to the office of State Secretary for Upper South Provice.

Press Secretary at the President’s Office, Mohamed Zuhair said last night that the newly appointed office would be equivalent to the office of deputy ministers. He also revealed that the office would entitle a monthly total of MRF 30,000 in salaries and allowances.
