Aviation Security Command ordered to rehire the employees that were dismissed

Employment Tribunal has ordered the Aviation Security Command to re-employ nine people that were dismissed.

The independent orders to re-employ the nine people said that according to the Civil Service Commission, they have lost the trust of a person that is employed in a position concerning national security.

But the Civil Service Commission could not prove what it was that they did or attempted to do that cost them their jobs.

The nine people ordered back into employment of the Aviation Security Command are Mohamed Nadheem, Asraar Mohamed, Ibrahim Afeef, Hassan Nazeef, Mohamed Naashid, Ibrahim Farushan, Hussain Rameez and Mohamed Waseem.

The Employment Tribunal ordered not to see them as dismissed and arrange their employment in 15 days and notify the Tribunal in three days.
