Renovations at the Islamic Center discussed with the Khalifa Foundation

Islamic Minister Dr. Ziyad Bagir has discussed the repairs and renovations at the Islamic Center with the Khalifa Foundation today.

Talking to Sun Media about the points of discussion at the meeting today, the Deputy Minister of the Islamic Ministry, Ibrahim Ahmed said that repairs at the Islamic Center were discussed at the meeting today.

Deputy Minister Ibrahim said that from installation of fans in areas without one to repainting and repairs at the toilets were discussed at the meeting. He said the Khalifa Foundation has expressed their interest in repairing the Islamic Center.

“They want to repair the Islamic Center. So we have presented a proposal and working towards it.” Deputy Minister Ibrahim Ahmed said.

The Housing Ministry is currently working to expand the grounds of the Islamic Center to accommodate praying from 20,000 people at a time.
