President of the Gn. Atoll Council, Falaah released

President of the Gn. Atoll Council, Abdulla Falaah Shareef has been released after his arrest.

Police Media Official told Sun Media that Falaah was arrested with a court order and was released yesterday after executing the court order.

Councilor Falaah was arrested one day ago. The court order for his arrest said that Abdulla Falaah is wanted to court as a witness in a theft case.

The Criminal Court ordered the Police to bring Abdulla Falaah to court on 29 November at 10 p.m. in their custody.
