Nihan: All PPM MPs will take part in no confidence vote against Adheeb

Parliament Majority Leader, Ahmed Nihan Hussain Manik has said that all the members of the PPM Parliamentary Group will be taking part in the no confidence vote against three Vice President Ahmed Adheeb.

Speaking on Channel 13 tonight, MP Nihan said that while the resolution against the Vice President has been signed by 52 MPs and brought in to the Parliament, all the members of the party's Parliamentary Group will be taking part in the vote.

"No member of our party will be missing this vote, this vote will go against Ahmed Adheeb Abdul Gafoor." MP Nihan.

MP Nihan said that more than e required number of votes to impeach Adheeb would be gained and the matter will be settled before 11 November.

Nihan said that President Abdulla Yamin did not want to impeach Vice President Adheeb.

While the Government coalition has presented a resolution to impeach the Vice President Adheeb, the Parliament had send the 14 day notice to the Vice President.
