Three injured in traffic collision in Addu City

Three people have been injured in a traffic collision in Addu City this morning.

Police have confirmed that a traffic collision took place. The injuries of the three people involved are yet unclear.

All three of them are being treated at Hithadhoo Regional Hospital.

Sources say that a married couple was on one motorcycle while the other motorcycle was driven by a student of Addu High School.

Managing Director of Hithadhoo Regional Hospital, Ali Moosa said that the three people injured in the traffic collision is being treated at the hospital and their condition does not look serious.

“The tests are being done now. Then we’ll know the extent of their injuries.” Ali Moosa said.
