Notice issued to take the unused boats at the fish market area

The Housing Ministry has issued a 15-day notice has been issued to move the unused boats in the fish market area.

A press release from the Ministry on Thursday says that the vessels must be moved before 15 October and the remaining vessels would be moved to a designated area with the help of the Police.

The press release says that the Ministry will not be responsible for any damage to the vessel or any property on board during the relocation. And the vessels can be reclaimed after paying the cost of relocation to the Ministry.

Relocation of the boats at the fish market area was started on 10 September.
