MIRA publishes GST non-compliers list

Maldives Inland Revenue Authority has published the list of Goods and Services Tax (GST) non-compliers for the first quarter of this year.

The list contains 82 names.

The authority said that before the names were published, they were contacted by phone, SMS, or met with in person, and reminded of the penalties of defaulting on tax.

It added that the names would be removed from the list as soon as GST is paid.
