Police use sniffer dogs in operation in Velidhoo

A police operation using a sniffer dog squad is under way in Noonu Velidhoo.

The police spokesperson said that details related to the operation will be shared with media once it is concluded.

Recently, Velidhoo Council requested Commissioner of Police Hussain Waheed to launch special efforts to combat the growing problem of drugs in the island.
