Power restored in Mal

Power has been restored in Malé after one hour.

State Electric Company (STELCO) Spokesperson Ibrahim Raoof told Sun Online that the power outage occurred following engine failures at 9:25 a.m. today.

Affected areas included major parts of Maafannu and Mahchangolhi.

Power was restored at around 10:20 a.m.
