Artline ordered to pay over a quarter of a million in Maldivian Rufiyaa

Artline Design Services Pvt. Ltd. has been ordered to pay over a quarter of a million in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) by the Civil Court.

The Civil Court sentenced as such against the company because they failed to pay the GST payments to the state. Artline Design Services was sentenced last Thrusday to pay a total of MVR 154,918 including what is owed as tax.

The verdict from the court ordered the company to pay the amount in one month to Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA).
