Imran has done an MRI scan

President of Adhaalath Party, Sheik Imran Abdulla who is in Police Custody charged with terrorism has done an MRI scan.

Police Media Offical told Sun Media today that Imran was brought to Malé for treatment today and has been taken back to Dhoonidhoo.

Sources say that Sheikh Imran was taken to ADK and an MRI of his back was done.

Secretary General of Adhaalath Party, Mohamed Iaad told Sun Media today that Sheikh Imran has been having a back pains for some time now. Aside from his back pains, Iaad said that Sheikh Imran has elevated levels of uric acid and diabetics.

Sheikh Imran has brought to Malé a few times recently.

Criminal Court has ordered to keep Sheikh Imran in Police custody until the end of his trial after he was charged with terrorism after the May-Day protest.

The judge’s bench at his trial said that Sheikh Imran was ordered into Police custody due to the nature of the case and after reviewing the Police Intelligence reports of how the events took place.
