Jamsheed assigned as the Head of the Police Intelligence

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mohamed Jamsheed has been assigned as the Head of the Police Intelligence.

Information Officer of the Maldives Police Service, Ismail Ali told Sun Media that after assigning Jamsheed to the position, the Assistant Commissioner of Police Ahmed Areef, who was filling the position previously, was changed to the Head of the Development Directorate.

Upto his promotion to Assistant Commissioner, Jamsheed was the Head of the Development Directorate.

Jamsheed has previously testified against the former president Mohamed Nasheed in his trial.
