Maldives is heaven-like, says Pitbull

After a brief stay in the Maldives, American rapper Armando Christian Pérez, better known by his stage name Pitbull, has described the island nation as “heaven-like” and “unforgettable”.

Pitbull arrived in Maldives on 9 June, reportedly for a private party in a resort.

Pitbull tweeted prior to his departure two days ago:

The Maldives is heaven like, thank you Mr Smejc. The island was unforgettable look forward to the next trip ... Sucria, DALE!

The party was in Velaa Private Island, but Pitbull and other stars who attended stayed at five-star resort Cheval Blanc Randheli in Noonu Atoll.

Other celebrities reported to have attended the party include Shakira and South Korea’s ‘Gangnam Style’ artist Psy.
