Mohamed Simon appointed Managing Director of HDC

Mohamed Simon has been appointed as the Managing Director of Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

Until now, Simon held the post of Deputy Managing Director of HDC.

An official of Privatisation Board told Sun Online that this appointment was confirmed on Thursday.

This follows Suhail Ahmed’s resignation from the post of Managing Director of HDC last month.

Suhail said that he resigned for personal reasons.

Simon has led recent reclamation and development projects in Hulhumalé.
