Youth stabbed to death

A youth has been stabbed to death in Male’ on Saturday night.

The attack took place at the alley in front of Dharubaaruge, where a 24-year-old died due to being stabbed multiple times.

According to the Managing Director of ADK, Ahmed Affaal, the person was dead when brought to the hospital.

Affaal added that right side of his neck was injured worst with the deepest wound.

While his lungs were also damaged, his left arm was wounded deeply, and other parts of his body were also stabbed, said Affaal.

Police was present at the crime scene when reporters of Sun Online reached that place. A knife with blood stains was also there.

The case is under investigation by Serious and Organized Crime Department of Maldives Police Service.
