Hassan Shifau transferred from Permanent Secretary to Additional Secretary of Foreign Ministry

Hassan Shifau has been transferred from the post of Permanent Secretary to the post of Additional Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Foreign Ministry said that Shifau was appointed as Additional Secretary, a political post, on 20 January 2015.

The ministry opened application for the post of Permanent Secretary on 3 February 2015, and said that until a person is appointed to this post, it will be filled by the Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Home Affairs.

Currently, Aishath Liusha Zahir and Aishath Shehnaz also serve as Additional Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
