STO opens pharmacy in Kanduhulhudhoo

The State Trading Organization (STO) has opened its 73rd pharmacy in Gaafu Alifu Kanduhulhudhoo, under the program in collaboration with the government to open pharmacies covered by Aasandha health insurance scheme in every inhabited island across the country.

Gemanafushi MP Jameel Usman inaugurated the pharmacy in Kanduhulhudhoo in a ceremony held on Saturday.

Addressing in the ceremony, MP Jameel Usman has thanked government’s effort in providing medicine free to everyone.

Council of Kanduhulhudhoo stated that the people of the island would be benefited from the newly established pharmacy of STO.

STO pharmacy of Kanduhulhudhoo has been established inside the Health Center of the island.
