Immigration Controller appointed as Deputy Minister of Housing

President Abdulla Yameen has transferred Controller of Department of Immigration and Emigration Hassan Ali, to the post of Deputy Minister of Housing and Infrastructure.

This was announced on Twitter by President’s Office Spokesperson Ibrahim Muaz Ali.

Hassan Ali, a law graduate, was appointed as Immigration Controller shortly after President Yameen took office.
