CEO of CMDA resigns

CEO of Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA) Fathimath Shafeega has resigned from her post as a CEO.

Media Official of CMDA on Monday said to Sun Online that Fathimath Shafeega, CEO of CMDA had presented her letter of resignation on 17th of this month. He said that Shafeega has resigned on her own and that there is no issue between her and the Authority.

Director General Makhzoom Saleem has been assigned as an acting CEO of the Authority until a CEO is appointed to CMDA. Fathmithamath Shafeega had been the CEO of the Authority since 2008.
